Anmol Chawla, a diehard philosopher is an industrial engineer from a well-reputed college, who is trying to find innovative ways to serve humanity, as he believes only a utilitarian mindset can solve today’s complex societal issues.

BEYOND is his first work of fiction, inspired from his own experiences with the world around him. Mike C. Tuggle is an amazing writer and a fellow blogger. He has a new novella coming out, ‘The Genie Hunt’ which is a blend of fantasy fiction and thriller. I will be reviewing the book next week. Know more about him on his website.

Q. Hi Mike, and thank you for agreeing to this interview. Your upcoming book ‘The Genie Hunt ’ is due on 10th May 2017, and is an amazing read. Congratulations! Tell me a little about yourself and your background?

I was raised on a tobacco farm and enjoyed growing up in the country, where I roamed through gorgeous, unspoiled forests and learned to hunt and dress wild game. The land itself had many stories to tell. The North Carolina Piedmont was a major trade area for the Native Americans who lived there for thousands of years, and I was fascinated by the arrowheads you could find in plowed fields. Confederate General Johnston mustered his men nearby, and we often scoured the area for artifacts the soldiers left behind.

  • It gave me my first opportunity to get published as poet.

Science Fiction and Fantasy Books to Read in February 2017

Will 2017 be the year we finally get our hands on The Winds of Winter? I am eagerly waiting for it and I am sure you excited too. Thus, while we both wait for George R. R. Martin to finally disagree with Game of Thrones TV show’s producers and to show gratitude towards the thirst of his fans and readers, we still have plenty to read and crave for in particular genre of science fiction as well as fantasy.
